PATTERN NOTES
  Numbers in ( ) at the end of each round/row indicate the total number of stitches.

  You ALWAYS do the first stitch where you sl st from the previous round.
  The ch2, at the beginning don’t count as a stitch.

SPECIAL STITCHES

ch 6, sl st into 2nd ch from hook and across.
ch 6, sl st into 2nd ch from hook and across.
Finally sl st into the 13th st again and you should have 3 leaves.
F/O, secure and weave in the ends
ASSEMBLE
     EYES...with black felt, make 2 small circles for the eyes. If you have a hole puncher, use that it makes perfect little eyes. With white thread make little circles in the middle. (If you find it difficult to make them with white thread you can use a wite-out pencil). Glue the eyes in place.
     SMILE...with black embroidery floss or thread, embroider the smile.

TIPS: You can play around with the eyes and mouth, make them anyway you like, the possibilities are endless. You can find lots of cute ideas by searching online anything between the lines of “kawaii face”.
You can also add a little blush underneath the eyes with a q-tip.

GLOSSARY:
ch/s:chain/s || sc: single crochet || hdc: half double crochet || dc: double crochet || sl st: slip stitch
st/s: stitch/es || rnd: round || f/o: finish off
